Yes, Our caravan/ RV supports FULL customization, including structure, configuration, decoration,
appearance, logo, size, color etc.

2. What is your lead time?

Generally, it will take 15-25 work days after receiving your advance payment. The specific lead time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

3. What is your terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB,CFR, CIF, DAP.

4. How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

5. Do you test the caravan/RV before shipping?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

6. What is your payment terms?

40% deposit, and then balance be paid before shiping. We would take photos and videos for your review by then, and
3rd party inspection is welcomed.

7. What is the warranty period?

The warranty period is two years. Free parts would be supplied.
